Step 1: Initial Inquiry

Step 2: Consultation

We discuss:

  • Design concept
  • Fabrics and materials
  • Colour options
  • Budget range
  • Construction details
  • Timeline

This can be done online or in person where available.

Step 3: Measurements

Provide:

  • Full body measurements
  • Height
  • Usual clothing size

If you are unable to take measurements yourself, measurement guidance will be provided.

Step 4: Quotation & Deposit

You will receive:

  • Detailed quotation
  • Production timeline
  • Payment schedule

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and begin production.

Step 5: Design Approval

You will receive:

  • Final design sketch or concept
  • Fabric selections
  • Any additional details for approval

Production begins only after approval.

Step 6: Garment Production

Your piece is carefully handcrafted.

During this stage:

  • Pattern drafting
  • Fabric cutting
  • Construction
  • Finishing and detailing

Progress updates may be shared throughout the process.

Step 7: Fitting & Adjustments

Where possible:

  • Fittings are scheduled
  • Necessary alterations are made

For international clients, adjustments are discussed virtually using photos and measurements.

Step 8: Final Payment

Once the garment is complete:

  • Remaining balance becomes due
  • Shipping costs are calculated separately

Step 9: Collection or Shipping

Choose:

  • Studio collection
  • Local delivery
  • International shipping

Tracking information will be provided for shipped orders.

Step 10: Wear & Share
